What do I need to do before my initial appointment?
Please fill out the medical questionnaire form that will be emailed to you from the patient portal.
Is there parking available?
To prevent tardiness, and to be respectful of other patients’ time, we do ask that you plan ahead to ensure enough time for traffic and parking. If you know you will be late for your appointment, please call the office at 617-350-3134 to inform the doctor. For parking suggestions, please visit www.aumhealingcenter.com/contactus.
My appointment is coming up, and I want to make sure the doctor has received my labs. How do I confirm that?
Your labs get to us in a timely fashion when you get the labs done in a timely manner. VERY IMPORTANT: We require that you get your labs done at least 10 days before your follow-up appointment to ensure that we receive them in time. If you’re unable to do so for any reason, please reschedule your followup on the Patient Fusion portal at least 1 week before your appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
We are out of network from insurance companies.
What’s the best way for me to direct questions between visits? What is Patient Fusion?
Existing patients are required to enroll in our secured network portal Patient Fusion. Patient Fusion allows for safe communication between our patients and the doctor. Patients will also be sent their treatment plans and lab results through this portal.
Because of the sensitivity of medical concerns, we kindly ask all patients to communicate with us via Patient Fusion and not over the telephone.
How do I refill my prescriptions?
We take your health concerns seriously, and this includes prescription refills. To expedite this process, we ask patients to request prescription refills within three months of their last appointment. We do this to ensure that the doctor is up-to-date with your wellness plan and can make the necessary adjustments to your prescription medication dosage.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 1 week notice thru the patient fusion portal.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will count as an appointment, as we are unable to schedule this time slot with another patient without sufficient notice.
